 Shipping Schedule 

Orders placed on August 21 - September 10 will be shipped on September 15 
Orders placed on September 11 - September 15 will be shipped on September 25 

 Frequently Asked Questions 

🔴 How long will it take to receive my order?

For International registered airmail, it takes 2 to 12 weeks (excluding long holidays) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, holiday schedule and if there are no delays in customs. 

For Asia registered airmail, it takes 2 to 8 weeks

If you chose international DHL Express as shipping it will take 2 to 5 business days. 

For Philippine orders, it will take 2-5 business days to receive your order. It will be shipped either via LBC or DHL express

*If you can't wait for 2-12 weeks for the cheapest but slowest registered international airmail please choose DHL Express because I have no control over the government to expedite shipping*

🔴 I don't have Paypal, are there other payment methods? can I pay in PHP?
I accept BDO/BPI bank deposits for local orders. Please fill up this form with your order -> ORDER REQUEST FOR PH 

🔴 How are orders packed?

🔴 What is this store's return/exchange policy?

If your shipped goods contain incorrect goods I will do my best to offer a replacement or a refund. 
If  you received an incomplete/missing item I will send it right away. 

If the shipped items are damaged due to poor shipping handling, I can not offer any refund/exchanges because that is not my responsibility.  I do my best to keep the items safe (wrapped in bubble wrap for charms and cardboard backing for prints) but sometimes the post just haphazardly throw packages even with the "PLEASE DONT BEND" sign. There are shipping options that will 100% insure the items' condition. 

If the customer typed the wrong address, it will take 3-6 months before it is sent back to me. The customer has to pay for the return fee and the new shipping fee for me to ship it again. If this happened around the month the last quarter of the year, please be patient because there are always shipment delays due to the holiday season.

If the order is lost (given you provided the correct address and name), you get a refund of the product price -10%. Shipping cost will not be refunded. 
An order is considered lost if it did not arrive after 5 months since marked as shipped.

Aside from those there are no returns/exchanges. 

🔴 Will you restock the Out-of-Stock items in your store?

Hourglass Fanbook, Luminosity Art book and other old books:
Sorry, they will not be reprinted anymore. I'll be focusing on creating new books instead.

Old charms/keychains:
Sorry, the really old charms will no be restocked > < 

I usually open PREORDERS and order the first batch of keychains.
Once the restocked batch runs out it will be sold out indefinitely-- unless there is a huge demand for it. 

🔴 How many orders have you shipped ever since?

I have shipped a total of 3000 orders in Tictail, 120 orders locally via google forms, and 170 orders in Storenvy (first online store)
